If you have not registered on www.pureva.com.tr, you can directly access the My Orders section at the link https://www.pureva.com.tr/siparis-takip. In this case, you will need to enter your email address and order number.
We will also send you an email and SMS as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
You can replace the product you purchased with another size or request a refund within 14 business days from the order date. For your return transactions, fill in the return section under your e-invoice and send the returned product together with the invoice.
